Working on PASHIMOTTONASANA as promised here a little exercise to do if you are working on improving your forward folds! You can stop at N. 1 /2/3/4 depending on your flexibility, the main point here is to keep your chest open and your belly over thighs, this will "force" your body to fold from hip joints and keep your spine straight 😊 .
