Not just a salad...
What to eat on 40c.. well mostly raw even if you are not a raw food person of course we want fresh. But if you need a taste of cooked I like high raw choice, which is all raw but one added grain into salad or other meal choice.
So this was so simple to make yet full of nutrients, easy to digest and super balanced with protein and fats.
- choice of lettuce ( the best is mix it up);
- avocado, tomato, radish;
- choice of pasta- my fave is buckwheat, corn is also good in summer;
- add : seeds such as sesame, pumpkin and sunflower; choice of sprouts, and I added nutritional yeasts as it's packed with amino acids and vitamin B12 and others and it gives amazing flavor, for this I used pumpkin oil.
