Y’all. I am two days behind on our 21 Day Asana Challenge, and it’s okay :) Yoga is patient. Yoga is kind. Yoga is human. Sometimes we get a sense of urgency to do EVERYTHING, ALL THE TIME but it’s okay to relax, play and take time for ourselves!
So I’m back, feeling refreshed with two days in one post. Yesterday was Day 14 of @brooklynbridgeflow ’s 21 Day Asana Challenge with Side Plank or “Vasisthasana” — one of my favorite asanas (Swipe left for Day 13).
Vasisthasana improves mental and emotional balance, boosts confidence, strengthens your wrists, forearms, shoulders, and spine. It increases flexibility in the wrists and also opens the hips and hamstrings. It also tones the abdominal muscles, improves balance, concentration, and focus.👩🏾🔬 via @brooklynbridgeflow
What helps you remain focused?
Answer: Whenever I have a large task at hand, the best way I remain focused is by listening to music and eating snacks🤷🏽♀️
