Remember that life is your “practice”, especially the challenges it throws at you. One of the things yoga does is it simply teaches you how to see these challenges as lessons and how to use them for growth. If you’re consistent with your yoga practice the friction in your life starts to calm down (maybe it doesn’t go away completely but you learn how to flow with it) and life feels a little more effortless. But whether you do yoga for 2 mins or 2 hours, the real test is how you act in life (not on the yoga mat), it’s in how you treat others, your perception of life, your relationship with your mind and emotions, your willingness to give without receiving anything in return, your connection with your true self etc. If you can’t set time aside to “practice yoga”, in every moment there is always the opportunity to “live yoga”.
