I love Charlottes energy and positivity. Her support has been so lovely over the last few months. Helping me with tips and advice and showing an interest in my teacher training. One thing Charlotte mentioned in class was to be kind to yourself, have compassion for others even if there unkind to you and to surround yourself with people who make you feel good. There energy lifts you. It’s so good to Connect with people and express energy into a yoga Asana, it can really change someone’s whole outlook on their day, week or month especially if any emotion was released through poses. I love a good cry, it’s so cleansing and freeing. This is how I would like to project my energy...... we are all the same but different, we are all on different paths, people will not always treat you how you treat them because their perceptions are different to yours. We are all imperfectly perfect. Have Compassion, don’t take things to heart so much. Love and let go. We are just a physical body carrying around a mixed bag of emotions and feelings, and the mat can help us mirror our mental state and focus on stillness to give our busy minds a rest while keeping the physical body fit. I keep seeing the quote “ where you are right now is perfect” because it is.... don’t rush into a projection of the mind it’s not real. Now is real, now is perfect.
