Do you know is probably the most important decision you will ever make when you choose to exercise you will adapt. Adaption can be very good or incredibly bad for your health 🤔 So do you know the difference of right or wrong? Correct or incorrect? Are you sure 🤨. Ask yourself, did you choose the exercise or did someone choose it for you🤪Then ask yourself ‘Who chose it for you?’ Then ask yourself why you trusted them ? 😒Then ask yourself ‘ Do you even know them?’ 😞Because I sure as hell don’t know who made all that 💩 up 🤣 I just followed along like a sheep 🐑 🏋🏽‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️as well, because I never questioned anything about exercise I let other people make all the decisions for me.
