WERK DAT BOOTY🍑 . We all love a good booty workout! Guys and girls alike. Who doesn’t want a perky strong behind?? Nobody that I know of!🤔😎 . Here are some moves that never fail to make me feel it in da booty🔥 And detailed descriptions for each one! . 1) Sumo Deadlifts (these are light here, I usually go for heavier weight/lower reps of maybe 8-10. Here I did light weight/more reps for 12-15. Both are good.) 2) Drop-set Sumo Squats (start with your heaviest weight to do 8-10 reps, then switch to a lighter weight by around 10lbs and finish 10-12 more reps.) 3) Outward Pointing Toes Hip Thrusts (here again I go for lighter weight/more reps. Pointing the toes + knees out targets the glutes in a different way, just like positioning your feet differently during a squat or deadlift will change the way the exercise works and feels!) 4) Single Leg Hip Thrusts (in whatever order you want, complete 8-12 reps on each side, these are awesome for hip stabilization skill practice and mind-muscle connection overall.) 5) Good Mornings (holding the bar this way is different than normal, but for some it can really help target the ideal muscles that you wanna be hitting during the exercise (hammies + glutes)! BUT if you have lower back issues— probably don’t attempt this grip for this exercise. It could aggregate existing issues.) . . Who’s gonna kick this week IN. THE. 44 kg (97 lb) Snatches from   @faithielady  ⠀ ⠀ Faith’s Snatches have never looked better! She used to have a problem with her hips shooting up off the floor, with pulling around her knees, with not getting contact at the upper thigh/hips, and couldn’t comfortably get into the bottom of an Oversquat. She looks like a whole new lifter!⠀ ⠀ She was incredibly patient sticking with light weights. Her 1RM was 118 lb before we started working together, and for the first couple of months there were many days where she’d just work with the empty bar or 5 kg plates on each end. Had she not been so patient, she’d probably still be lifting with the old habits that I mentioned. ⠀ ⠀ So proud of her! Patience pays off.
