There is a high demand on range of motion, motor control, spatial awareness, etc. .⠀ 👉Three main categories of movements will have high impact on overhead motion - thoracic movement, eccentric shoulder flexion,⠀ And concentric shoulder flexion based drills. Jeg har trænet lidt sporadisk imens jeg har givet min ryg og SI-led lidt ro. Det går primært fremad og fra imorgen køres træningen op niveau igen. Naturligvis med omtanke ift. skaden. ‼️Baby Walker CAUTION‼️ . Walkers seem like a great way to keep your baby entertained, give them some mobility & help them learn to walk earlier. However, the AAP(American Academy of Pediatrics) would like to ban all baby walkers. In fact, Canada already has🇨🇦 . Why? Even though walkers do give babies more mobility and the ability to reach more things, they are at greater risk for serious injuries like⬇️⬇️⬇️ . 🔺Falling over or down stairs 🔺Head injuries 🔺Burns from the stove and hot foods/liquids 🔺Grabbing sharp objects 🔺Poisoning 🔺Pulling down heavy objects 🔺Drowning . If you’re looking for another way to entertain your little one, stationary play centers are a safer option & give your baby the opportunity to be upright & more active▪️Limit time to no more than 30 minutes at a time for play centers, jumpers & swings. . Do walkers help babies learn to walk? Learning to walk is less about their legs and more about learning to pull up, stand & balance🙌 . Playtime on the floor is still the best way your baby can develop the skills & strength they need to roll, sit, crawl & walk!👶🏻👶🏼👶🏽 . Was a pleasure to help   @adamlittle1   With his hands , Adam suffered with tendinitis in the hands we did a case study to see if they improved when using the   @myomitt   , so I asked Adam to score his hands out of 0-10 10 being the best he’s felt 0 being the worst he scored them a 4 as at the time he was struggling to hit the bags , after just three weeks Adam scored them an 8/10 stating a 💯 increase in strength and functionality.
