It illustrates the experience of living in a different arena where Hosna Shahramipoor has not been attached to it. In fact, Hosna’s self-portraits represent her daily observations of being disregarded and the artist’s attempts to pass the moment. The feeling of not belonging to the surroundings is expressed implicitly and by the unconventional use of forms and objects together with acedia and numbness. These conscious expressions in the photographs shape homogenous images in this new coexistence. In this series, a narrow spectrum of her insights is reflected through intuitive layers of photographs and her new experiences are attached in their themes.
