😪 How to FIND PEACE when you’re 💔HURTING💔 so friggin’ much?
Are you in emotional pain right now? Are you going through something that makes your heart rip wide open? Ouch, that really hurts.
The degree of your emotional pain is proportional to the level of your attachment to the thing that hurts you.
I am a HUGE advocate for detachment, I brainwash this to my clients non-stop. I breathe this, I walk this, I stand for this.
💔 I’ve been hurting a lot over the damage to mama nature. It’s been hard all this week to allow and release. My heart trembles every time I hear a seaplane flying above and out to the mountains, it’s been 8 days in a row. If you’ve been watching my 24H Stories, you know it.
The emotional pain doesn’t go straight away. You gotta be ready and willing to sit with it as long as you need, while it is taking new shape.
❌ Not pushing it away
❌ not resisting it
❌ not pretending that it doesn’t affect you
Embrace it. Pour love into it. And forgive. That is the fastest way to freedom from suffering.
🚫 Many will not go this length 🚫
Because it’s easier to push it away. But the more you push it away, the longer it stays in your life. As with anything in life, nothing moves if nothing moves. Same with suffering, if you don’t’ take the step forward to accept it, it will remain the same and not move… causing you even more suffering.
My emotional pain is not different to yours, only a different reason and different ways how I handle it. This is my work page, sure, but I am showing you that underneath that rascally dancing woman is a beating heart that ✨FEELS LIFE✨ just like you do. And in that sense, you and me, we’re the same.
